Ms. Samantha Commons (Intern):

I am a student at Colorado Christian University enrolled in the Master’s in Clinical Mental Health program and currently practicing as an intern at Rejuvenate. In addition to my education, for more than two years, I have worked as a Life Coach in both long-term and short-term residential treatment facilities for adolescents.
I have experience working with clients who face anxiety, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders, attachment disorders, family issues, suicidal ideation, and various trauma.
My aim as a counselor is to create a safe environment for you to share anything that is weighing on you, troubling your mind, or the questions you are sorting through. I want to be an ally in your treatment experience, to empathize with you in hardships, explore with you in the confusion, and celebrate with you in the victories.
Don’t be a stranger! Reach out and let’s connect on how we can work together to accomplish your goals and improve your well-being.
