Ms. Commons is currently a practicum student pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Colorado Christian University. She is supervised at this location by Scott Symes, Psy.D.
Ms. Samantha Commons (Practicum Student): Life can be tough. We all face external stressors, internal battles, and relational conflicts that leave us questioning ourselves. So why go through it alone?
My heart is to partner with you, as we explore your inner world and expose any limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Together, we’ll process those complex life events and uncover the truths about yourself that empower you to thrive.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, where trust is the foundation for growth. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approaches. My hope is to create a safe space for you to work through difficult matters and equip you with tools to navigate life’s challenges confidently.
