Jamie Kratky, Ph.D., is a licensed Psychologist who received her doctorate degree from the University of Kansas. Prior to becoming a Psychologist, Dr. Kratky served as an academic advisor for freshman and sophomore college students exploring different majors. Engaging in robust conversations with advisees related to life transitions, individual strengths, talents, and
academic engagement contributed to Dr. Kratky’s decision to pursue graduate training in Counseling Psychology.

Dr. Kratky maintains interests in helping individuals navigate a range of stressors and discomforts of everyday living. At Rejuvenate, Dr. Kratky meets with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and insomnia, as well as clients who desire more work-life balance, personal empowerment, practice setting healthy boundaries, and improved communication.

With advanced training in the delivery of trauma processing treatments, Dr. Kratky is also adept in providing evidence-based therapies for post-traumatic stress disorder. You can expect Dr. Kratky to tailor treatment to her client’s presenting concern. She approaches each interaction with curiosity, cultural humility, and a desire to deeply understand the context in which each client’s discomfort occurs. Dr. Kratky then works in collaboration with the client
to develop a treatment plan.

Outside of work and for her own self-care, Dr. Kratky enjoys wrangling the weeds in the yard, traveling, reading, cooking, nature walks, and spending time with family.
