NEW PATIENTS
The Process
Your evaluation will usually consist of 2 to 3 appointments. The first will be a comprehensive clinical interview, which will determine which tests your psychologist needs to give.
The second appointment will be the testing. Depending on the test you may be doing paper / pencil tests, computer based testing, or working with our doctoral level psychometrician. We will do our best to get these tests scored and reports written in a timely manner. If necessary, a third appointment will involve going over all results of the testing and discussing recommendations and treatment planning with your psychologist.
Psychological testing offers individuals clarity on mental health diagnoses. We are also a valuable resource for other mental health professionals who are looking for proper diagnosis of their clients.
