Chiropractic Care: Your First Visits
Your initial chiropractic journey takes place over two visits, allowing us to fully understand your needs and create the right treatment plan. During your first 45-minute appointment, we’ll complete a thorough examination including any necessary X-rays. You’ll experience some initial therapy to help with immediate comfort. We schedule your second visit soon after, where we’ll review your results, discuss your personalized treatment plan, and begin your active care.
Mental Health Services: Getting Started
For mental health services, we believe in making your first visit as comfortable as possible. Your initial session typically lasts 30-45 minutes, giving you time to connect with your therapist and share your story. We’ll help match you with the right provider for your needs – whether that’s individual counseling, marriage therapy, or family services. If you’re bringing a child for therapy, we might arrange separate parent and child sessions to ensure the best care experience.

- Gather any relevant medical records or imaging
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for chiropractic visits
