Dr. Adam Fellows is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Rejuvenate, specializing in comprehensive psychological evaluation and diagnostic testing. With a strong background in neuropsychology, Dr. Fellows has built his practice around helping patients and providers gain clear, accurate answers through high-quality assessment.
Dr. Fellows earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pittsburg State University in 2003, followed by his M.A. (2005) and Psy.D. (2007) in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. He completed his clinical internship serving underserved populations in his hometown of Nevada, Missouri, where he continued practicing before relocating to the Lee’s Summit community in 2009.
Dr. Fellows specializes in psychological testing across the lifespan, with a particular focus on ADHD evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. His evaluations are known for being thorough, efficient, and clinically meaningful—providing clear direction for treatment, academic planning, and medical decision-making. He regularly collaborates with primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, and other specialists to ensure patients receive well-coordinated care.
