Joe Symes, DC (pronounced Sims) is a The Director of Chiropractic Services for Rejuvenate.  Dr. Symes has years of experience treating a variety of conditions, and has expertise in nutrition as well as stem cells and natural medical treatments, allowing him to take a whole-body approach that focuses on naturally improving his patient’s health.

Dr. Symes educates his patients and the community on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, which includes proper diet and exercise, a healthy mental state, as well as a sound skeletal system.

As a health care provider, Dr. Symes’ mission is to educate and empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential. He is ardent about helping patients to cultivate healthy lifestyles by reducing pain, and to fuel enhanced health through proper nutrition, improved fitness routines, and proper postural habits. His commitment to whole-body wellness is unwavering, as is his goal to provide patients with the most effective means of natural healing.

Before opening Rejuvenate in 2008, Dr. Symes received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to his studies at CCC-KC, he was a student, athlete and member of Honors College at Pittsburg State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He was also a member of the Gorilla’s Basketball team.

Dr. Joe Symes has studied numerous safe and effective adjustment and treatment techniques. These techniques allow him to serve people of all ages with a variety of conditions. He has expertise on bulging discs, chronic headaches, low back pain, fibromyalgia, neck pain, and shoulder injuries.

Dr. Symes was raised in Nevada, Missouri. Outside of the office, he enjoys time with his wife and two boys, all things sports, good food, and good jokes.
