Mallory Lutz - Yoga saved me from a mundane life. I have always loved all aspects of finding a healthy life, trying anything and everything from dance to basketball to diving always getting bored and moving on. Then I found yoga and Pilates. Yoga brought me back to myself, allowing me to rediscover all of my Malloryness that life had worn away. Pilates on the other hand got me in the best shape of my life just in time for my beach wedding in July 2011. I encourage everyone to come and try a new class, step onto the mat and outside yourself. It might just change your life!
