Aerobic Kickboxing

Moderate to high intensity aerobics class incorporating kickboxing movements, kicks, punches, and combinations, for a total body workout. Participants will build core strength and cardiorespiratory endurance while burning calories. This class is for all levels.

 


Instructor

Becky Achen Becky Achen is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Instructor. She has been training clients individually and teaching fitness classes for over a year. Becky has experience teaching bootcamp, aerobic kickboxing, Pilates, cycle, and strength training classes.

Becky has a passion for fitness and a belief in the mind-body connection. She strives to motivate her clients and class participants to take an active role in their own health and lead them on a path of lifelong wellness. Becky is an avid runner and participates in road races from 5Ks to marathons year-round. Her mantra is “Motivation. Determination. Dedication.”
