Moderate to high intensity aerobics class incorporating kickboxing movements, kicks, punches, and combinations, for a total body workout. Participants will build core strength and cardiorespiratory endurance while burning calories. This class is for all levels.
Instructor
Becky Achen – Becky Achen is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Instructor. She has been training clients individually and teaching fitness classes for over a year. Becky has experience teaching bootcamp, aerobic kickboxing, Pilates, cycle, and strength training classes.
Becky has a passion for fitness and a belief in the mind-body connection. She strives to motivate her clients and class participants to take an active role in their own health and lead them on a path of lifelong wellness. Becky is an avid runner and participates in road races from 5Ks to marathons year-round. Her mantra is “Motivation. Determination. Dedication.”
